We know you're excited to meet your avocado, so we'll get it on its way as quickly as possible!

📦 Delivered within 3–5 working days

Every avocado is lovingly packed by hand with its personalised wisdom card before being sent to its new home.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email so you know your avocado is on its way.

Returns

Because every Ask an Avocado is personalised with a unique answer, we're unable to accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or faulty.

If there's a problem with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

If your avocado arrives looking a little worse for wear, or something isn't quite right, simply email us at emma@askanavocado.co.uk (replace with your email address) with your order number and a photo of the issue.
